Spencer hides under the table after Carly shows up. As Franco attempts to distract Carly, Spencer manages to slips away and call Britt. Carly and Franco talk about Nina and Carly says that she trusts him with her. Nikolas and Britt show up and Nikolas questions Carly about Spencer. Britt goes upstairs and runs into Spencer and they agree to have her find him in the park. Olivia runs into Kiki and they talk about the situation with Alice. Patrick calls his daughter to check in on her and Elizabeth in the park. Emma blames herself for Spencer's disappearance and Joss accuses her of being very self centered. Eilzabeth learns the truth about where Spencer is hiding out. Elizabeth goes to Carly's place and explains that Cameron claimed Joss was hiding Spencer there. They end up discovering Spencer in the living room. Nina tells Silas that the hospital did the right thing getting rid of Patrick. Nina then meets with Franco in his art room. Silas tells his daughter about his split with Sam. Nikolas and Britt return to Wyndemere and after Britt leaves, Elizabeth shows up with Spencer. Britt goes to the park and waits for Spencer. Sam takes a look around the clinic where Nina stayed. Patrick talks to the clerk about getting a tour. Patrick quizzes the guide about coma patients. Patrick attempts to get into a locked room.
