But Zam-sum is worried this approach could affect lung donation after death ranking. Mr Guo agrees to Ip Ching’s request. Yat-to asks Oi-ling and Man-shun to persuade some rare disease patient to attend a press conference. Ip Ching wants to prevent patients from attending the press conference through Ming-cheung’s influence. Siu-han’s condition keeps getting worse, and Tong Ming makes a last-ditch effort to persuade her big brother to donate his lungs. A sudden traffic accident causes Siu-han’s big brother to suffer a brain hemorrhage and eventually succumb to brain stem death.
