Shruti arrives at Xue Ling's photoshoot not having followed some instructions earlier sent via email, and is chided for her lack of attentiveness. Keely notices that Arjun has a knack for interacting with kids, and encourages him to explore the possibility of a paediatric speciality. Meanwhile, Shruti fears that things between her and Shawn might be moving too fast for her comfort.
