Salmah's plan to help Amir backfires after Amir finds out that she has told his teachers about his dyslexia. Bhaskar advises Salmah to try to help Amir by finding him a creative outlet and helping him develop his interests. A conflicted Meera worries about how her dynamic with Joel will change at work, and contemplates quitting her job. Michael is upset that Eddie and Mark are becoming friends. To make things worse, Mark slacks off at work, leaving Michael to cover his workload. Pam's excited for her date with Alex, but worries about being out of touch with dating, not having been on a date since she and Mark split.
