For the next 500 years, Ying Wuet Tseuk kept his identity hidden and secludes himself in the city, spending sleepless nights managing a late-night food hall. Skilled in martial arts, Ying Wuet Tseuk also operates a martial arts training hall and accepts two disciples under his wing. Ying Wuet Tseuk is in love with forensic scientist Lam Mung Nam, a vampire who had her memories and powers completely sealed away. Unaware of her vampiric identity, her only remaining power is the ability to revive the dead for one minute. For years, Ying Wuet Tseuk stayed by her side silently, helping her piece memories back together one by one.

Seeing the salt gun, WOOD-CHEUK can't help recalling those days that he spent with KAM-LING as YING YIN. Back then, YING YIN insisted on getting married with KAM-LING despite YING-TIN's reminder that they should rid the world of vampires since the gods bestowed immortality on them. After their marriage, YING YIN gave KAM-LING a silver whistle and promised to show up whenever the whistle got blown. MUNG-YIU tries her best to learn how to speak, wanting to verbally express her gratitude to MUNG-NAM on graduation day. Later on, MUNG-YIU arrives at "Late My Night", and WOOD-CHEUK cooks a meal for her, during which he keeps imagining that the one in front of him is KAM-LING. LUNG-CHU recommends a lover stone to MUNG-YIU, adding that the stone will help her have a smooth-sailing relationship with her significant other if she gives it to the one she loves……
