Under public pressure to do something about the triple murders that have taken place on his watch as Mayor, Arifin brings pressure down to bear on Police Chief Setiawan. Meanwhile the police team are torn between Leti or Anggi as the suspects behind the murders. Kidnapping and killing that keeps happening escalates and ratchets up the tension in the city, leading to fears that a drug was is brewing.
