Disrupted Recovery

As life opens up for much of Australia, the two most populated states are battling to contain a growing number of COVID cases. Victoria is now cut off from all states, with several areas in complete lockdown, AFL teams are fleeing north and businesses facing loss upon loss. The Government says more financial help is on the way, but how long can the country afford this stop-start scenario?
