Upper-class girl Nina and kitchen hand Calle don’t yet know that their brief encounter will come to have tumultuous consequences.

September 1962. Calle and Nina have been doing their food program on TV for five years, and it tears on their relationship. Maggan makes a successful entry as a speaker in the electoral movement, but it is not appreciated by everyone. Gustaf and Astrid have found a guiding star in their lives. Chef Backe shows up as a guest in the restaurant - will he and Helga reconcile? Angelo has advanced to head waiter, but is threatened again by Ragnarsson.
