Operation Ouch! is a British children's educational television series about the human body. It shows what happens in A&E, what doctors sometimes have problems with and great experiments. The show is hosted by twin brothers Dr Chris and Dr Xand van Tulleken. Series 5 was named "Operation Ouch! Hospital Takeover".

Dr Xand meets patients undergoing treatment at a burns clinic, and Dr Chris hits the high street to test another mind-bending trick. Meanwhile, there are more medical mysteries in Ouch and About, and over in accident and emergency one patient has broken her ankle and another has been hit on the head with a cricket bat.
