The show is hosted by twin brothers Dr Chris and Dr Xand van Tulleken. Series 5 was named "Operation Ouch! Hospital Takeover".

Also, Dr Chris trains as a nurse on a ward full of robotic patients, and in Ouch & About Dr Xand opens up the ouch-mobile - a drop-in clinic for all your medical mysteries. Meanwhile, over in accident and emergency, one patient has cut her nose and another has burnt his hand.
