CI-KIT invites all staff for a meeting but the staff discover that only YAT-SHING is chairing the meeting. YAT-SHING takes out an authorization letter signed by CI-KIT and he reveals that the company will be managed by him in the future. YAT-LUNG fails to pay his rent and he has financial difficulties. He begs WAI-HING to lend him money and WAI-HING seeks help from YAT-SHING. The court result is same as HO-YAN and YUEN KIU's expectation. SHING-CHIT tells CHAK-SAI that YAT-SHING is behaving strange lately. He wants CHAK-SAI to follow YAT-SHING but CHAK-SAI rejects him. SHING-CHIT seeks help from CHUI-YEE regarding YAT-SHING's matter. YAT-SHING meets up with HO-YAN. He asks HO-YAN to pass money to YUEN KIU but HO-YAN rejects him. YAT-SHING visits YUEN KIU since he is very ashamed after learning that YUEN KIU has helped him. YAT-SHING visits CI-KIT secretly. CI-KIT suddenly wakes up to tell him the truth.
