Seventeen-year-old recruit Rachel Fletcher sees the Navy as her big chance to turn things around and make a new life for herself, while 19-year-old Thailand-born Saowalak Choptham inadvertently breaks Raleigh's `no touch' rule after kissing her boyfriend on base and finds her career left hanging by a thread.
