Lupusregina attempts a maid café greeting, but Sous-chef explains it's not suitable for a bar. He emphasizes that bartenders must create an environment where customers want to return. However, Sous-chef gets distracted when he finds CZ hugging Éclair Éklair Éklare tightly. He reminds her that Éclair is a customer, and bartenders should maintain distance. CZ uses her Magic Gun's scope to observe Éclair from afar, creating tension for the birdman. Meanwhile, Lupusregina impresses Sous-chef by balancing three shot glasses on a concentrated CZ, adding a comedic touch to their training.
