Each episode follows the fun, flirtatious and sometimes outrageous lives of Ibiza holiday reps – Jordan, Imogen, Deano, Ellie, Amelia and David. From check-in to check out, the series follows the fortunes of new groups of guests as they soak up the sun, look for romance and plunge into the nightlife in the island’s hotspots.

Jordan's new-found professionalism hits a setback when former rep and love interest Rachael turns up for a holiday with pals Linda and Nicky. There is no love lost between Imogen and Rachael, but it is Jordan that is left to deal with a tearful Rachael as she confronts him over their past. Deano seems to be getting along well with Ellie, but when she enjoys some attention from a male lap dancer, a jealous Deano ends up trashing his room. Luckily, new rep on the block David just about manages to hold everything together as his colleagues' love lives fall apart around him. Will the visiting girls, along with lads Darren, James and Gino, manage to avoid the drama and have the weekend of their lives?
