In 1991, 24-year-old Detective Alexandre Falco has it all, a loving wife, a new-born daughter and his dream job. But one day out in the field, he is shot in the head. Falco opens his eyes again 22 years later to a changed world, where everything he once had is no longer as it was.

While the DPJ is entrusted to a new Commissioner, replacement of Menard Romain disappeared ... Falco receives a video showing him tied and shackled in kilograms of explosives. It serves as a lever to push Falco to help a prisoner escape to local IGS. The policeman began by refusing, but the kidnapper, a woman, extirpated by force Romain enough to tip the balance: Pauline and Carole. While Falco accepts blackmail, Eva investigate the man who has to escape, Alban Dauzier and seeks to identify and locate the woman who kidnapped Roman. The escape attempt was cut short and turns into hostage. Falco manages to get by, but ends up with its own DPJ and the IGS in pursuit. Isolated, it can only rely on itself to achieve save Romain.
