And in Miami, FL, Detectives Ervens Ford and Kevin Ruggiero track the killer of a 17-year old shot in the notorious Liberty City section called the "Pork and Beans". Eyewitnesses paint very different stories about the shooting and Ford and Ruggiero must sift through the lies and get to the truth before time runs out.
