CHI leaves home in a rage and sits on a street to drink. SANG comforts and supports her. She realizes that she still loves him. KEN messes up some of CHOI’s nightclubs and pubs in order to drag him out. One of the Hung Ying’s branch leaders BIU proposes to elect another head as CHOI has gone missing for a long time and the organization needs a head. In fact, BIU wants to take over the power. KEN asks for CHI’s forgiveness. However, she rejects him and tells him that she still loves SANG. SANG and CHING shop for FUNG’s birthday. On the day, CHOI attacks FUNG and pushes him and his car into the sea. KEN receives a report that someone finds FUNG’s wallet and the police finds FUNG’s car. However, they cannot find FUNG. KEN finds CHOI at where FUNG fell down into the sea. The police arrest CHOI and KEN claims that he knows CHOI is related to WING’s death.
