CHI stops HEI, the son of a renowned departmental storeowner, for speeding. He is shocked by her beauty. KUEN dies in the detention centre. WING inherits his leadership of the organization. HEI meets CHI again in HUNG’s wife, SUM’s pub. They chat and realize that they have similar likings. He loves her from the first sight and pursues her. He makes SANG very nervous. On KUEN’s funeral, WING and TUNG have an argument. FUNG arrives in time to settle the incident. TUNG forces WING to hand over the leadership. Meanwhile, ex-leader FOOK arrives and supports WING. SANG investigates some shoplifting cases in department stores. HEI is aggressive in pursuing CHI and bothers SANG. HUNG warns SANG to be careful that he may lose CHI.
