Armed Reaction is a 1998 Hong Kong modern cop drama produced by TVB. The drama stars Bobby Au-yeung and Esther Kwan as the main leads with Joyce Tang, Marco Ngai, Mimi Chu and Joe Ma in main supporting roles. The drama takes place before 1997 Handover of Hong Kong and Royal Hong Kong Police revolves around the lives of two police woman, one who works leisurely behind desk duty but has to take her job more seriously once her husband leaves her and a new rookie cop who is deemed too ambitious and rash by her superior.

Yuen was so angry that she even agreed to be downgraded and become a uniformed cop. Feng tried to lure Sing out by spreading the rumors that it was Mon who betrayed him years ago. Ngo gave Sheng a lesson when she discovered he kept condoms at home. She told him he was free to do what he wanted even though she agreed to live with him. When Sing learnt that Mon had betrayed him, he got hold of her and tried to punish her. Then, Feng, Yuen, Sheng and Ngo came and they fought against each other. Sing was caught in the end. Sheng asked Ngo to marry him again and she agreed on the condition that he got promoted. Sheng’s new neighbour Kiu was mistaken as a whore. She left her keys inside her house and could not get back. She borrowed Sheng’s telephone to call a locksmith when Ngo met her. Since she was wearing a night gown and was fiddling with Sheng’s condoms, Ngo mistook her as a whore.
