Oct 4, 2022·45m

As Americans begin to emerge after two-and-a-half years of enduring the COVID-19 pandemic, the real toll of the decisions made by the government and politicians is starting to show in children, teens, and families across the nation. One mother says the closure of schools during the pandemic caused her daughter’s behavior to wreak havoc in their home as she struggled with online distance learning. A couple claims financial hardships took a toll on their family and caused an even further divide in their parenting decisions and relationship. And, a college freshman says she felt completely unprepared for her first year of school.
