Jennifer says she’s at her wits’ end with her 13-year-old son’s behavioral problems. She says he’s angry and violent, starts fires, threatens to kill people and claims he sees vampires who tell him what to do. Jennifer claims her son is so out of control that she, her boyfriend and their two children sleep in a locked bedroom for safety. After five hospitalizations, countless therapists and a myriad of prescribed medications, Jennifer says she feels like she is out of options. Dr. Phil takes a look at some family home videos — and calls some parenting techniques into question. What could be at the root of the boy's bad behavior?
