The Apartment Part 2

Chetan gets released from the prison but, to his misfortune, more weird incidents start happening after his release. The Divechas find Karan's body and promise Chetan to bring him back to life. Later, Inspector Dave finds Karan's dead body inChetan's house and arrests him. Raavi, a common friend of Karan and Chetan says that Chetan suffers from schizophrenia and just then, Chetan has an anxiety attack ad faints in the court room. Are the Divechas really the culprits or is Chetan delusional?
