The series tells the story of the family lives of the police officers working in a special team of the Istanbul Police Department's Public Security Department and their adventures on the streets of Istanbul. The team encounters different and diverse human stories during their missions. The Istanbul Police Chief Rıza Soylu (Zafer Ergin), with his years of experience and fatherhood, approaches these stories, which at times make them smile and at other times are heartbreaking, and guides the other young members of the team.

When Rıza Baba, Mesut and Hüsnü are about to capture the gang leader Tefo, they are prevented by Chief Prosecutor Ramiz and arrested on false charges. While Prosecutor Ramiz acts as Tefo's partner who fled abroad, it is a matter of curiosity whether the team will be able to get out of prison. Hakan, Aylin, Selin and Zeki try to support them from the outside. While all this is happening; unsolved murders of women are taking place in Istanbul. The team is left out of the investigation. Will the team take any action against this situation? In addition, Chief of Police Candan Ceylanlı unexpectedly joins the team.
