Alya's inability to escape from the lands of Albora, and Cihan not stopping her even though he sees her, marks the beginning of endless questions between them. As the bond between the two deepens, causing unease within, Mine, upon seeing that Alya has not left, fears the closeness between Cihan and Alya and devises her own plan to thwart it. Ecmel collaborates with Mahmut to separate Kaya and Zerrin. Nare, not wanting Zerrin to have a future like hers, seeks help from Şahin, but in her anger towards Ecmel, she speaks harshly to Şahin as well. Meanwhile, Ecmel pressures Şahin to involve him in the deal he made with Demir to overthrow Cihan. When Şahin learns the terms of the agreement, he realizes he will be directly opposing Cihan. When Alya goes outside the hospital on duty, Cihan does not leave her alone for her safety. The unfortunate incident that befalls Cihan at their destination brings the two even closer, and Cihan will surprise Alya in an unexpected way.
