Neighbours is an Australian television soap opera. Imogen offers to withdraw, but Amber calls her assumption of sure success arrogant and insist on a vote. Bailey dreams of a cultural exchange to China and jumps at Gemma's offer to tutor him in two scientific courses, but he thus notices that she is tampering with the ballot papers.
