Crooked cops Long Stroke and Cherry Popper harass Smokey Joe and African Pawn Shop Clerk Mustafah for details about Dee and Ty. Pawn Shop owner Mike let's Long Stroke and Cherry Popper know they're going into a dangerous neighborhood to meet up with one of Dee's Cousins. The problem is the territory is now dominated by some local goons who finesse Dee and Ty out of even more money.
