Roofing contractor Alex Alpert shows Kevin how his crew is installing a standing seam copper roof on the new addition. On the second floor, Richard shows Kevin the new 5-foot cast iron whirlpool tub, a European towel warmer that will also serve as the room's main source of heat, and a split-type air conditioner that will keep the entire second floor cool during the summer.
