Bari (southern Italy), 1991. A bloody mafia war is unfolding in a city believed to be safe from the mafia. Murders, ambushes and mysterious disappearances shake the streets of Bari. Commander Pietro Fenoglio, who uses unconventional investigative methods to solve crimes, embarks on a dangerous journey to find the truth.
