The first of this season's Sunday-night programmes from the Henry Wood Promenade Concerts is a recording of part of the Viennese Night with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra associate leader ASHLEY ARBUCKLE conductor Walter Susskind The programme consists of music by Suppe, Lehar and the Strauss family, including the waltz' Tales from the Vienna Woods', with zither solo by JOHN LEACH , and the Pizzicato Polka.
