While Serhan and Neslihan are trying to get over the shock of being confronted by doctor Güven, they are drawn into a new vortex when Rüzgar, who is in a terminal condition, is brought to the hospital. Alaz confesses his crime to his father. As Çağla's anger against her brother Yaman grows, the police arrest Yaman for beating Rüzgar. While Serhan tries to protect his own son Alaz, Güven also helps his own son Yaman. Cesur shares with Yaman the possibility that the real culprit is Alaz, and a new door of hope opens for Asi. While Eşref decides to perform an autopsy to prove his son Caner's innocence, doctor Güven stands before him, even after many years, and asks him to account for the past. When Yaman reaches the evidences of the crime that will burn Alaz, Rüzgar has survived the critical period and is preparing to testify. However, Alaz has a big surprise for both his family and Yaman.
