Today, Adam and Chris discuss Keir Starmer’s first major speech of the general election campaign and the latest on Rishi Sunak’s plan to bring back national service for 18-year-olds. The Labour leader delivered a speech which included a detailed account of his upbringing as well as plans for national security. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak showed off his football skills, while he continued his campaign by returning to his plan to bring back national service for teenagers. The Liberal Democrats were on the road with Ed Davey making his way north to Scotland, with the SNP’s John Swinney campaigning in Dumfries.
