To save his business, formerly successful psychotherapist Kholmogorov is forced to take on his team a new employee, simple janitor Klava who, using her humane warmth and natural empathy, as opposed to Kholmogorov's trendy techniques, really heals people's souls and helps them overcome any, even the hardest psychological problems. Kholmogorov is skeptical at first; he doesn't believe in the success of this enforced experiment, but, after a while, he realized that Klava not only helps him attract new clients but also sort out his own personal problems.

Kira returns to the office because she is worried about Kholmogorov. Suddenly, Kholmogorov's mistress appears to make a scandal, but Klava finds an approach to her and explains that the girl does not need a relationship with a man much older than her. Kholmogorov introduces his son to his daughter. Kholmogorov sums up the results of the experiment and understands that joint sessions with Klava attracted many new clients and helped solve all his problems. Klava radically changes her image and shares her childhood dreams in which she marries a pilot. Suddenly, civil aviation pilot Rozhdestvensky comes to the reception, with whom Klava immediately develops mutual sympathy.
