A wealthy family man is suspected of killing his wife during her recovery from plastic surgery. Two of his own daughters soon take it upon themselves to investigate their mother's death and their father's possible responsibility. They uncover damning evidence, including a hidden affair, missing medications, and a string of false records. However, police are not initially concerned with anything but closing the case.
