In this one hour special Dr Chris gets the opportunity of a lifetime - the chance to go to Africa and work on native animals. First up he is off to the Kingdom of the White Lion Sanctuary, where he meets Kevin Richardson, a South African known as the lion whisperer who has been hand rearing lions for 15 years. Chris has the opportunity to operate on two lions with facial tumours- but what he doesn't know is that the last vet that visited was bitten when a lion woke up!
