In Deep Ellum, Chet eats authentic Texas BBQ, and in the Bishop Arts District he shops at “Mantiques” and visits an experimenting chocolatier. He takes a bike ride on the urban trails along the Trinity River, then polishes off the day serving chicken biscuits.
