Daoren and Meigui tail Lynn and uncover Ray’s ill intent. Infuriated, he tries to knock Daoren down. Meigui stops him. Ray refuses to surrender himself to the police, in spite of Daoren and Meigui’s advice. Plagued by failure, he commits suicide. Meigui is devastated.
