Randy calls for backup to help install a mighty beam. Nikki wields a jackhammer and giant blowtorch to make way for a new concrete floor. And, a well-worn deck—rotted out from years next to the sea—is overhauled as part of a bigger build. Later, the decorators step in as Randy and the team prepare a 200-year-old showpiece for the big reveal.
