And there they go! Under the bright desert sun, our participants encounter their first obstacles. Extreme heat, dangerous winds and wildfires are a sign of the Australian outback taking hold. But the dangers of experimental technology go even further and a spontaneous fire in a battery is a disaster for one of the teams.
