Randeep visits Delhi from Meerut to meet JJ, who insists that Randeep should go into hiding. Their conversation is interrupted when someone secretly takes their picture. Zoya Ahmed, Niharika's opposing lawyer, joins forces with Akshay's firm, Jaitely and Associates, while conspiring to destroy Niharika and regain Jinglepur Industries as their client.
